Write a participant here and it joins the commitment. This is its own origin, so the
boundary between it and the coordinator is the browser's, not a convention — and the coordinator has
never heard of it until it registers. Delete the cancel step and run it again: the
guarantee the coordinator can offer changes in front of you.
